We’re hiring Entry-Level and NETA Level II Electrical Test Technicians who are ready to learn, contribute, and take pride in delivering excellent service to industrial clients across the DFW region and beyond.

🚀 What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll work hands-on with critical power systems equipment alongside experienced technicians and leaders — gaining real-world experience in a supportive, safety-driven environment.

Your key responsibilities:

• Work closely with job leaders and teammates in the field
• Perform testing on electrical power system components of all voltage classes (Low-, Medium- and High-Voltage) including:
  • Transformers
  • Breakers (LV/MV/HV)
  • Switchgear
  • Relays
  • Cables
  • Starters
  • AC/DC Motors
• Use various electrical test equipment (multiple manufacturers)
• Enter and organize test data in PowerDB
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
• Support job walks, quoting, and occasional client sales visits

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Entry-level applicants or NETA Level II certified technicians
• Ability to test a wide range of power systems components
• Proficiency with common test equipment and PowerDB software
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to travel (approximately 50%)
• Desire to grow technically and professionally

We’re on the hunt for an experienced Electrical Test Technician (NETA Level III or IV) to take the lead on critical testing jobs across the DFW area and beyond.

🚀 What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading field-testing projects from start to finish — ensuring the team has the tools, PPE, test equipment, and support they need to execute safely, on time, and on budget.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading field crews on power systems testing jobs (crews of 2–30 techs)
• Serving as the lead on short and long-term projects
• Performing maintenance and testing on transformers, breakers, switchgear, cables, relays, starters, and AC/DC motors of all voltage classes (LV/MV/HV)
• Communicating effectively with clients and managing expectations
• Compiling and delivering professional test summary reports
• Participating in job walks, quotes, and sales calls when off-site
• Using a variety of manufacturers’ test equipment
• Utilizing PowerDB for data collection and reporting

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Active NETA Level III or IV certification
• Deep hands-on experience across electrical system components
• Strong familiarity with PowerDB software and diverse test equipment
• Comfortable leading teams ranging from 2–30 technicians
• Ability to manage short multi-day jobs and larger, high-intensity weeklong projects
• A client-focused communicator who thrives in both field and office settings
